Our Commitment
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and are widely recognized as the international standard for web accessibility. WCAG 2.1 AA covers a wide range of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Our goal is to ensure that Really Real Work is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users. We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are committed to continuously improving our platform to meet and exceed these standards. Our development team follows accessibility best practices as part of our standard development workflow.
Accessibility Features
We have implemented the following accessibility features across our platform to ensure an inclusive experience for all users.
Keyboard Navigation
All interactive elements on our platform are fully accessible via keyboard. Users can navigate through pages, access menus, trigger actions, and manage their images using only the keyboard with visible focus indicators.
Screen Reader Support
Our platform is built with semantic HTML and ARIA attributes to ensure compatibility with popular screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. Dynamic content changes are announced to assistive technologies.
Color Contrast
We maintain a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text, meeting WCAG 2.1 AA requirements. Color is never used as the sole means of conveying information.
Resizable Text
All text on our platform can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality. Our responsive layouts adapt to accommodate larger text sizes and ensure readability at any zoom level.
Alt Text for Images
All informational images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are appropriately marked so they are ignored by screen readers. We provide meaningful descriptions for all UI graphics and icons.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, there are some known limitations that we are actively working to address:
- AI-generated images: Images produced by our AI enhancement tools may not automatically include descriptive alt text. We are developing an automated alt text generation feature to address this limitation and plan to release it in a future update.
- Complex image comparisons: Our before/after image comparison sliders may be difficult to operate with some assistive technologies. We provide alternative views (side-by-side static images) as a fallback.
- Third-party content: Some embedded content from third-party services may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We work with our partners to improve accessibility where possible.
- PDF exports: Downloadable reports and invoices in PDF format may not be fully accessible. We are working on generating tagged PDFs that are compatible with screen readers.

Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is not a one-time effort but an ongoing commitment. We regularly conduct accessibility audits using a combination of automated testing tools (such as axe-core and Lighthouse) and manual testing with assistive technologies. Our development team receives regular training on accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles.
We perform comprehensive accessibility reviews on a quarterly basis and before each major release.
